The Ravenox products look wonderful and the checkout process was easy. I am giving a poor rating for one reason. I don’t think it is right to say on the website that you offer a 10% Military discount, and then restrict which products that discount applies to. We went to the trouble of putting our military info in, in order to receive this discount, only to get a pop up that NONE of the $721.75 worth of items we were purchasing qualified for the discount. Our veterans and active duty men and women did not restrict the service they offered when our country needed them. It is wonderful when any company honors our military by offering discounts. It is extremely disappointing to find out that it is a false offer, as was the case in this instance and with this company, Ravenox. The following alert is listed in all caps on the page that includes information about veteran discounts *SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY". Since a discount could not be applied you could have exited the cart prior to checkout and nothing would have been charged. I absolutely love their products and the quality is Second To None. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that the products are out of stock quite frequently and the wait times for larger orders are extremely long.

Great products with eco focus.

I had been struggling to find a dark green sisal/jute/cotton rope on any website that was 1. actually dark green and 2. not obscene with its pricing. Not only was I able to find what (hopefully) is a true dark green rope, but the ability to choose a length that was not between 10ft and a full spool was an awesome plus since I'm making a climbing post for the monstrosity my husband calls a kitten and do not require that much rope.
