I like the product but had several questions about the products that went unanswered because they don’t answer the phone or return messages. Also I was disappointed they sent a 10% discount coupon code that doesn’t apply to my purchase!

I called Customer Service and spoke with one of the nicest operators ever she was extremely helpful and was able to answer my question even if it was strange I wanted a RED rope I had bought one from somewhere else that was red but turned out to be a faded shade of red/pink she looked at her samples and gave me my answer and then gave me 10% off my order
