They came in a timely manner with good communication. My rope was a touch to big for the hole so I had to restring my project with thinner rope, which was a pain. But otherwise all ok

The Vertical gourds are very durable and landlord friendly. The gourds are very easy to clean and easy to preform nest checks, low maintenance and easy to hang. There are many benefits for the Purple Martin. The overall 13" length reduces the risk of owl predation and prevents rain from entering the gourd. Purple Martins enjoy the extra-wide porch and the traction in the tunnel. There are ventilation holes at the top and bottom of the Gourd. The Purple Martins enjoy the roomy cavity. By providing the larger cavity the Purple Martin will lay more eggs. Just add some pine straw to help fill the cavity and they will do the rest. I would like to thank Ravenox for answering the questions that I had in a very timely manner and the prompt shipping upon the availability of the 12 vertical gourds and the 12-gourd rack. The shipment was received just in time to give the overflow of martins a nesting cavity all their own.

The rope I ordered was as described and it was shipped/received in a very short time. Being able to purchase it by the foot rather a set amount on a spool was exactly what I needed. I will definitely order from Ravenox again.

The nylon ropes offered here does not dye well or at all with any acid dye that I have tried from dharma. The rit dye will work but be prepared to be disappointed.

We understand your frustration; however, our return policy states that any item can be returned that is in the original condition that it was received – unused, unwashed, uncut, complete and accompanied by original packaging including tags. Since individual dyeing techniques may vary depending on the specific application used, the information on our website is meant to be a brief outline of the Acid Dyeing process rather than a detailed formula and steps used to dye nylon rope. We would not recommend dyeing any type of rope or material without testing it first. Thank you, Customer Support

I've been buying Ravenox cotton rope for my parrots for years now. They love it. I never have to worry about their claws catching in the rope because it doesn't shed. Easy to clean. Easy to work with. Even their grab bag box has great stuff in it at a great value. I realize that it's left over bits and pieces but I appreciate that they don't throw it out and sell it to customers. I won't buy my rope anywhere else.
