Great quality, fast delivery
No complaints 👌 exactly what I ordered. Only minor complaint was how the rope was packaged. Appeared to be just thrown in a box.

Shipping delay
Tracking number I receive says Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. Order should be shipped out at the earliest. Well it could be the carriers fault since the last and only scan was the day the package was picked up.

If we would have received communication from you prior to leaving this review, we would have been more than happy to provide the information listed below. Your order was paced on Friday, 03/15 at 1:43 PM. The warehouse closes at 3:30pm, MON-FRI. We are also closed on weekends. The package was picked up by USPS on 03/18, which means that it was "shipped in one business day". Mail carriers are responsible for updating the tracking status, after the package is picked up from our warehouse. Thank you for your order. Regards, Customer Support Team

Everything was well labeled, the issue I had was shipping cost more than the purchase

It's pretty good rope
It's pretty good rope. Shipping was delayed, but ultimately it got here, and is still rope, and can be cut up to make dog toys.
