Ravenox' reply to the updated review. - Poor checkout experience? The checkout process is very simple. - There is no expected delivery date? As discussed on the phone and reiterated in our previous reply, we "the shipper" cannot anticipate "the carrier's" delivery timeline. This is the carrier's responsibility. - The website could benefit from separating the rope and bird products? The products are clearly separated. Simply click on the "Shop" link at the top of the page. The items are listed separately, in detail, on the left pane. Since you purchased bird products the link at the top of the page titled "Bird Shop" could also have been selected, which shows only Purple Martin bird products. - You also see promotions on your main site and find out later that they are only for the rope products? It is noted that "Exceptions apply". - The cookie cutter website also feels a bit untrustworthy? Our website was designed and is kept updated by our experienced web-design technical team, and it is 100% trustworthy! Again, feel free to read the hundreds of great feedback from our satisfied customers. - The nice thing about competitive sites is that they have formed a community around their products which is invaluable when you are getting into this hobby? We invite you to read about us by selecting the "About Us" link at the top right side of the main page. We have been in business for many years, and we take pride in our integrity, products website and service. Your purchase was just placed this morning at 8:24 EST, and immediately a 1-star review was posted. I personally spoke to you and explained that we cannot provide a "delivery date" because we have no control over the carrier's timeline. We would hope you understand that. I also informed you that you could send an email to [email protected], and that I would reach out to the shipping team for you on an anticipated "shipping date". We did not hear from you. Additionally, ordering on our website is clear and simple. There are hundreds of great reviews from our satisfied customers about the ease of ordering. Different brands for our rope and bird products are not created. We would hope that you change this review according to the service you received, which was detailed and thorough. Hello Nikki, JD Nix already left a 1-star review and we replied to him. We are disappointed that you are leaving the same review under a different name. Please note that we did not email you again today. We simply added a new comment in TrustPilot. Here is his review from JD, and our reply. *The following is the original communication chain.* 1-star review by JD Nix It's no! the product I want! to rate. It’s the customer service that is terrible!! They sent the wrong rope, no big deal, until you continue to get emails saying it’s the right rope, nope it’s not!! Why do they want to convince people it’s the right rope, when clearly it's not!! Never gonna order from these people again!! So proceed with caution using this company!! Ravenox’ Reply Hi JD. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As communicated. The rope is measured with a rope caliper as it comes off of the machines. It may appear a bit smaller diameter while it is still on the spool, as shown in me picture you forwarded to us. Rope will expand and relax once it is unspooled. We informed you that we are unable to confirm me diameter until after the rope is returned and received at our warehouse. Once the rope is received a refund will be processed accordingly. We take pride m our honesty and our products Best Regards. Customer Support JD Nix reply When you constantly email saying a customer is wrong in a round about way. That is NOT good customer service, trying to convince yourself that the rope is correct!! No need to convince a customer, we know what we need and what is correct for our business!! In our line of business the customer is always right, no need to consistently send emails to the customer stating we don't know!! It’s that simple!! I feel other customers should be aware of how you conduct business!! We called you, and you again said we were wrong!! This would have never gotten a bad review had you just been professional about the rope!! It's not the right rope, we can't use it. and it doesn't matter what it looks like off the spoon We are done and no longer care to do business with you, and hope people realize what they are dealing with when they try and conduct business with you!! We are not frustrated, we are frustrated in the way you have conducted business, plain and simple!! You would think you would want to make it right instead of trying to convince us it's the right rope!! Ravenox' reply UPDATE The rope was calipered and is the correct diameter.
