Received our reorder of PVC bird house inserts and all is well. The price and shipping charges have gone up significantly such that we are going to consider getting a bird house that does not need inserts.

The production team reached out via email and informed you that the "black" Solid Braid Polyester rope is not available. They offered white instead. Two of the hemp rope toys came apart in less than an hour. Tighten the knots on any rope toy as they are not shipped pulled tight

Since the rope is 100% cotton, it can frey or unravel, if dogs are allowed to chew on it. The dog toys are intended to be used for swing and toss, shaking back and forth or play tug of war. Ordered 2 ropes the same size different colors but one was tighter woven and a litter bigger around then the other one. Slightly stiffer but will work. Just needs broken in.

Hello Cindy, We appreiciate you sharing your review. Our ropes are measure with a special rope caliper, to verify the diameter. When rope is freshly spooled, it can be slightly tighter than rope that was stored for any length of time, which can relax. This can cause a very slight difference in the diameter. The normal timeline for USPS mail "can take up to five business days" per USPS. The package was delivered August 28th, which is within the USPS standard delivery timeline.
