After 11 years with my previous hosting provider the final straw for me to migrate to another provider was when I realized my previous host was not offering me upgrade paths, and was still using ancient hardware. My old host was still using Core2 Quad CPU’s (what a blast from the past I kid you not), and while it did the job and kept my sites loading, I recently felt there was room for improvement in terms of website loading speed and optimizations. I came across Racknerd (RN) when I was searching for some new options. I considered a few other providers on my list - but Racknerd provided the best mixture of value, price and newer hardware configuration’s. So when I found out RN had Ryzen servers, I was really glad to see since I know those CPU’s are the new thing and offers great performance. So I picked up a Ryzen 3900X box with 2 NVMe drive’s, the price was lower than anyone else I could find offering a similar configuration. And, after migrating I IMMEDIATELY noticed the improvement! My website’s load faster than ever — a HUGE improvement from my old host’s Core2 Quad!! It wasn’t long before my clients also told me they feel the improvement. These things are POWERFUL. Things have been running smoothly without hiccup. I am the type of customer to set things up and leave it the way they are for many years (if you couldn’t tell as I was with my previous host for 11 years…) so I look forward to working with RN for over a decade to come!! Maybe in a half dozen years or so I will contact them when I want to upgrade to something more powerful. But I feel like the Ryzen will have me covered for a pretty darn long time, especially if a Core2 Quad worked fine for me for so long. Unless my clients or my site’s end up making it on the news or HN and experience an unprecedented surge of traffic LOL. Either way I am super happy about the performance now and my server load is nowhere close to being fully max’d out. So with this config I will probably be pretty “future proof”. Another thing I like about them is their live support is online 24x7 though I will be honest, I am the type of customer to try to not bother anyone so long things are working the way they should be :-)

Recently migrated my website hosting to this company...I obtained one reseller account in order to host my sites under separate cpanel accounts. They support the latest PHP versions (cough, something my past host did not) and their cpanel allows you to customize PHP versions, extensions etc. They also offer different server location farms to choose from. Really don't have much more to say other than... keep up the great work and you will have a loyal & HAPPY customer for life!! Thanks, nerds!

Great, stand up hosting company. We moved our company’s website here a half year ago and couldn’t be happier. Today we just ordered additional hosting accounts to finish off our remaining migrations from our previous company. Their support took care of that migration quickly for us. I’d highly recommend racknerd to anyone seeking a hosting company that is actually reliable.

My old hosting provider of 3 years recently was getting bought out by some Canadian entity which didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to migrate over to Racknerd’s ! They took care of the migration of my site’s in less than a couple hours I was up and running on Racknerd. My sites load even faster than they did before, A+ for the helpful customer support and the fast server loading times! A good feature I like is that they include free daily backup’s, I don’t have to do anything ! It just work’s and automatically backs up all my accounts.

I host 4 servers with them they are the best value and best service. Their control panel is simple and awesome, tech support is also fast. I like the new locations I hope they get a London location for the VMs soon

I've had a fantastic experience with Racknerd. Their support is outstanding. It's email/ticket support but it's fast and even though I'm in Australia, it's still incredibly fast and helpful. With their Singapore datacentre and Cloudflare, the speeds are good for a WordPress website using a page builder like Elementor. Also use WP Rocket and speeds are under 3 secs for mobile for a site with lots of images and JS. Definitely recommend, even if you're in Australia!

I live in a remote area where internet connectivity (peering) is mediocre, Racknerd was one of the very few hosting providers I’ve found to have a stable connection to my location with no packet loss even after a sustained connection. Their Los Angeles location to be specific, has worked out well for my needs and seems to be well connected in terms of networking. I’d recommend!
