I've been running RackNerd VPSs for a while now and they've consistently done exactly what I need them to do. The value is pretty ridiculous, and the lower price hasn't meant giving anything up on performance or uptime. I get the same 99% uptime I did on DigitalOcean for a fraction of the cost. I also really appreciate that RackNerd doesn't unnecessarily restrict what I can do. They don't block ports, they keep things simple, and I can use my servers the way I want. The new control panel is fantastic too. Huge improvement. Clean, easy to use, and easy to understand. I can't stand all the jargon most providers clutter their control panels with. What more could you want from a VPS provider? Reliable boxes, good prices, and nobody getting in my way.

I really like racknerd, they have very good prices, they have good technical people, they are still innovating. In case of need, they answers fast on support. I been with them for over 3 years now and I have no plans to migrate out.

Nice VPS pricing, various available location, high up-time, 0 problems. They recently updated the VPS Control Panel with a new version that gives more information and it's easier to use. I reccomend it, I have a VPS with them since ~1 year and I had no problem with it. Also 2 other friends of mine are customer since various years, they wanted a VPS for low CPU activity tasks and their base VPS plan was the best option.

I've been using RackNerd's VPS service for more than a year: affordable price and not a single issue from the very beginning. Hope they'll continue the same way.

Vps has been very affordable and stable. The 192.x ip is a plus for nerds;)

I have tried several other VPS vendors, and RackNerd is just awesome. I don't want to throw anyone under the bus here, so I won't name names... what I do want to make clear is that RackNerd has been ROCK SOLID for me. Only a few months in and I immediately converted to a yearly plan. For the fellow nerds out there, I use the VPS for Pangolin, so it's absolutely critical that uptime is consistent, or my reverse proxies will fail. This is the mandatory uptime that I need and RackNerd has delivered. They have earned a life-long fan, I will use their VPS for as long as I possibly can.

Very happy with RackNerd. I've had a VPS with them since 2023, through their black friday specials, and it has worked flawlessly in the sense that it has never gone down (it's an unmanaged VPS so it's my responsibility to maintain the OS). I added a second VPS (also through their special) and a shared-hosting account. Both have excellent SLA. I've had to reach out to their support a few times (setting rDNS) and opening a port (on the shared hosting account), and they always respond within minutes and resolve it immediately. Overall, very happy with the service! Solid for me. A++++

Have had nothing but the best experience with RackNerd. Emails are answered quickly, by people who know their stuff, and are very friendly. The price is what attracted me to RackNerd in the first place, and now that I have had first hand experience with the customer service, and the service itself, I will be with them for as long as I require this type of service.
