Been using Racknerd's nodes for abit over a year now, just paid for my renewal and also added 15 more nodes today. What I like about them is that they offer numerous datacentre's so I am able to spread out my nodes on different region's.
If anyone is looking for node hosting Racknerd is a good option to consider.

Over the last 2.5 years
After passing the 2.5 year mark of hosting with Racknerd, I'm proud to say that I made an excellent decision and have not looked back since.
Over this time Racknerd have also expanded to more datacenter locations, if I recall right they had less than a few locations back then and now they have so much more to select from. I now have a server with them on the west coast and another one on the east coast. Their prices are extremely reasonable, there is no feeling or doubt of whether you paid too much or not as these price their services fairly, and you really won't find a better price somewhere else, at least not from one that has been in business as long as they have. They are worth every cent.
Support ticket responses always come back within a few minutes, their support staff are always available. These guys will not leave you standing in the cold!
I am happy to recommend them for the quality and service I've received, and if I ever had a need to, would feel safe in recommending my own family members and friends to them.

The service is ok but the VPS is not…
The service is ok but the VPS is not performing that great. I am seeing steal is high now so I will give 3 stars, not 5 because it was ok at the start but I think servers are oversold too many customer.

Hi Donald -- we ran a global search in our client database but still couldn't find your name at all in our system, nor are we seeing any recent tickets in our helpdesk regarding such an issue. Additionally, all systems are operational at this time and there are no known outages or outstanding issues.
We're interested in learning more and want to help resolve any issues you may be having. If you are our direct customer, please reach out to us via e-mail at [email protected] with your VPS IP address so we can locate your account. Otherwise, if you are a customer of a reseller of ours, you'd want to contact your service provider directly for assistance.

Great hosting company (customer for 3 years)
I’ve been a customer of RackNerd for nearly 3 years now. With no exaggeration; RackNerd has earned 5 stars from me. They have literally gave me zero reasons to complain about anything, and that says a lot since I am a detailed person that picks at things by nature. This is a company that really stands out from the rest and you can tell that they care for their clients. Also, I like the fact they are active with the community and social media it shows to me they’re interested in building a community and brand.
Happy to have ordered 2 more VPS here this morning (one in San Jose and another in Dallas) looking forward to building out my redundant network of servers here :)

Scam and bad customer support
Reply to RackNerd: One thing I am sure of is that overselling has been enabled before and it has only been changed in the last few days. I manually moved each account from HostMantis to here so there were no problems during the data migration. If you say you are "mistaken" then you have to bear the consequences, not your customers.
--------------------------------------------------------
I used to be very satisfied when I switched from Hostmantis to RackNerd. But then I realized they were the same, even worse. When the server began to be overloaded because there were many users, instead of opening new servers, they sought to minimize the benefits of old customers.
Previously, they allowed overselling (docs. cpanel. net/knowledge-base/cpanel-product/overselling/), only limit the seller's account. And now, they don't allow overselling anymore. This makes it impossible for me to create a new account.
They change the policy and apply it to the old users as well. Is this a scam? What do I do with my customers? Reduce their resources? Is it any different than I lied to my customers?
They often dodge requests from customers. These replies often don't solve the problem, although the response speed is quite fast. I had to resubmit so many times. A bad experience.
Stay away from this provider!

Hello Hieu, Thank You for giving us a try!
Without yet looking at your account specifically as we were not able to locate your account with the limited information currently available in front of us, we will speak generically and say that we do not allow overselling on our reseller hosting platform (and never have). Now if you are on a VPS, that would be up to you whether you wish to enable it or not, as a VPS is your own environment. Assuming you are referring to our reseller hosting platform, you had mentioned in your post about it being enabled before, I cannot yet comment on the specifics of that without identifying your account, but I can say we never allowed overselling (on our reseller hosting platform) from day one. If that was the case and it was enabled before then it definitely should not have been, again speaking generically here but it is possible this was previously enabled by mistake or as a result of a migration migrating over the previous settings from your previous hosting provider and us not updating the reseller ACL settings after the migration is completed (those are the only two reasons it could have been enabled, in a situation where it should not have been but was).
We understand that other providers may choose to oversell their platform, but we are committed to delivering performance, along with competitive pricing - with reliability that our customers can rely on. We're also very experienced, and we're a Certified cPanel NOC partner ( https://youtu.be/_s9iOMFoA2w ) which means our competence and skills were certified by cPanel themselves, so we definitely understand the impact and the service decline potential when within a shared hosting environment that allows for overselling. We sincerely hope that you re-consider our service, as we strive to deliver an experience you will be happy with. We’re also more than willing to come to an agreement, with competitive pricing on addons/upgrades, as your business needs scales (which understandably at that point, would be sustainable for you).

The BEST!!! VPS Provider worldwide
Right now I already own 3 VPS and 1 Cpanel Instance hosted at Racknerd.
I am baffled. I again create a support ticket and their Team is out of this world. Its so incredible how fast their support Team is and how techy they are as well.
I highly recommend their service and support team.
I will never buy a VPS anywhere else.
PS: Keep an eye on their regular sales. I saved a ton of money this way.

Migrated here a few years ago, great service
I've had nothing but a great experience with Racknerd, since I transferred my websites over to them a few years ago. My old host, A2, would constantly be trying to get more money out of me by trying to upsell me and their servers were not even anything worth writing home about. In the end, I was like nope, not doing that and decided to go out and look for a new hosting provider.
I stumbled upon Racknerd a few years ago, and I'm so happy I have!
And today, I wanted to give 5 stars to Jim because he not only solved my problems but also explained it in a way I could actually understand.
He seriously went the extra mile.
Even without being asked he helped me fix some issues that were caused by my previous host and he made great suggestions! My website is now loading faster than before.
I am very grateful.
I promise I won't be bothering you guys much, but it's assuring to know that you guys are there when help is needed. The little bit of extra attention/care is greatly appreciated and you have earned a customer for life.
It's good to know that I can depend on Racknerd when help is needed, or if something is a bit over my head. You can't put a price on that :-)

Stay away at all costs if you care about your business.
EDIT: after Racknerd reply.
Not duplicated at all.
My November review was about your support service; this is about something else and I think you can see it yourself.
Should I copy and paste the tickets to show how my website has been down 3 times in a week and nonetheless you keep calling these "rare" events?
My site has been down 3 times in a week and that is a fact; yet you keep treating such issues as if they were nothing.
Well, let me tell you they are something and it appears that, judging by somerreviews, others have had problems with your servers needing to be restarted more often than what should be considered acceptable.
But please, keep acting like it's nothing.
I am left more speechless every time I have to deal with your support.
2nd EDIT:
It is clearly obvious that we have different expectations and opinions about what we consider to be a good service.
That said, a website down 3 times in a week is not something I am willing to give a thumb up.
Furthermore, please don't try to imply that my site was down because of something wrong on my side because you know very well it was not the case.
And saying that only diminishes your level of professionalism.

Hello "Nope" -- it appears this is another duplicate review you've posted about our business, in the past we already responded in greater detail to your previous review here on TrustPilot addressing your concerns.
We will be here to assist you 24x7 if there's anything we can help you out with, feel free to open a support ticket for further assistance.
UPDATE: We see that you updated your review. We'd like to invite you to directly contact us to further discuss your case, as it's understandably difficult for us to comment on a public channel without disclosing sensitive account information or history. What we can for sure say on a generic note, is that if there are any outages on our end (meaning issues that are on our end that are not caused by a customer's specific configuration or environment), we are quite transparent about them and share them via our status page, so that our customers are kept in the loop regarding any outages or maintenances (even non-customer impacting maintenances are shared on our status page for the sake of full transparency). We are not perfect (no one is, we're all human) -- but when hiccups arise, we do react to them quickly (and also resolve quickly) - in addition to constant/fast communication and updates with our customers.
