Best CD interest rates going! It took a lot longer than 3 minutes to start an account but a lot of the extra time was making things safer for me. I've a lot of questions and don't know where to ask them but will try the telephone number.

The Quontic has best interest rate that I searched. The user interface is different from other banks, I mistakenly opened two CD accounts at the same time and cost me to stop the payments. I called local and (800) service 4 times, I am satisfied with 2 but not with other 2.

Great if I don't have to make any changes to my account or work with customer service. Still waiting for a response on an incredibly basic address update, which I can't even do through my account.

Can't use the app for transferring money into savings account from external account even after setting it up. All other apps can do this but yours. Plus when I opened the account it never gave me an account number. I was shocked. I had to call for it. Didn't get it in an email or snail mail. So weird. So far I 100% regret opening this account but after the ding to my credit I don't want to close it either so I'm stuck.
