I found this bank googling they pay the highest interest rate on savings account. I am happy I chose them hopefully they will fulfill my needs. The customer service is nice and very experienced in my needs.

Couldn't even transfer money INTO the account. My funds transfer of $9000 into the account was declined for an unexplained reason. Trying to find out why they rejected my money to fund the account was essentially throwing emails into a general mailbox that is apparently unmonitored. Glad I found out how terrible this bank is BEFORE I let them handle my money.

The process for opening a new subaccount for a CD is not as simple as it could be. There is no provision to specify where and how to disburse interest and have to fill a separate form to add a joint owner.

I will not purchase the additional CDs which had planned for several reasons. 1) you use a call center staffed with people who do not have the capability to answer questions. Talking to the call center was a waste of time 2) Your web site is very difficult to use 3) When I opened the original CD for $25,000, I had to change my email in order to make the purchase and now the customer service representative wants me to use an incorrect email. I will continue to use other online banks as a parking place for cash.
