Truly hard to get more than 2000 a day out of your account. If you have a big purchase it feels impossible.

Went through the application process for a savings account. Verified by Plaid, added bank account information for the funding of the new account. Everything looked okay, until it was denied. It's puzzling that it is so difficult to open up a savings account. Even more confusing, why is someone denied an account with a credit score well above 800. Guess if they don't want my money, I just go somewhere else.

Applied for a CD. First time. Went through the whole process including SS# etc. Then at the end, it told me i wasn't qualified for the acct and ended it. I am certainly qualified for ANY account at any bank. Bad vibe off this. Beware applying, giving out ALL of your info only to be told, sorry, too bad.

Quontic Bank has good interest rates. And, at least this last time, all the representatives I spoke with were patient and tried to be supportive given that it was a tense situation. However, when I opened a CD with them drawing the money from our joint Quontic account I was unable to secure a joint CD for a 3-year period. I was told by the initial service rep that there shouldn't be any problem with adding my husband after the CD was initiated. He would have to fill out a certain amount of paperwork but given that we were already drawing the money from a joint account there shouldn't be an issue. That was not the case. For some reason he was rejected for putting money in our account. After speaking with numerous agents, it was suggested that I stop authorization on the initiating bank for the money that would be withdrawn and put into the CD. Since it was their own bank it seemed logical that that would be easy. I spent the better part of a half an hour on the phone with one agent who was going to bump this up to top level management. I was told that someone would call me back before the day's end and that he had put a rush on having this dealt with so that the money would not be funded into the CD since my husband wouldn't be part of it. I was told that this top level person was going to call me back to assure me that it was taken care of. That did not happen no one ever called. And the CD was initiated. I have no way to get out of the CD without losing a Year's worth of interest. The only thing I got back from quantic Bank was an email that said congratulations your CD has been authorized. I was furious. I will never do another CD with them

You cannot transfer more than 10k per month, or 2k per day with a limit of 10k. I had been saving for a new used car purchase and needed more than $10k to fund the purchase. Using Quontic it will take me well over a MONTH to get MY MONEY out! Hey. it's good for Quontic, but NOT good for their customers...

Unfortunately, I regret my decision to open an account at Quontic. On the positive side, they offer VERY competitive rates and their customer service is also very good. On the bad side, I have had much difficulty DEPOSITING money into my account! For some reason Quontic makes it very difficult to deposit sums of money larger than $2000 at a time. Also, the monthly deposit limit adds to the frustration. The bottom line is you may get a relatively high interest rate, but it will take a LONG TIME to move a large sum of money into a Quontic account. I've never experienced anything like this at any other online bank. I'd recommend Ally Bank over Quontic.

I would have rated a 5 but not getting a trustpilot survey invite until I gave a good internal survey defeats the purpose of trustpilot. Great rates and a pay ring!

I’ve NEVER been SO frustrated in my entire life. Multiple attempts to move money to an outside institution & it NEVER happens. However…there was NO PROBLEM moving money FROM THAT SAME INSTITUTION to Quontic when setting up my accounts. I’m ready to move on. Two months later…..really frustrated.
