Nightmare dealing with the website and customer service. Each time I called I was given incorrect information according to the next person I would ask when things would not work. Terrible attitude by the people. Terrible customer service. Not an institution I would recommend.

In my movement of funds from a CD to a HYSA, my experience with Quontic WAS HORIBBLE. My experience in this process with Quontic was NOT AT ALL TRANSPARENT OR EASY. There was NO SELF SERVICE ON THE WEBSITE, WHICH IS ITSELF HORRIBLE AND NOT AT ALL USER-FRIENDLY. I spent HOURS with customer service making a transaction that, with other online banks, took only a few minutes.
