Quontic Bank is mostly negative complaints from customers who have had accounts at Quontic Bank, many customers wrote that Quontic is shady & dishonest. Some those revewers wrote that their involvement with Quontic Bank was the worst experience the customers ever had with any financial company. I agree!! And Better Business Bureau is FULL of MANY COMPAINANTS' testimonies against Quontic "bank". ALSO, this company Quontic had already been caught & convicted of being fraudulent, including in 2026 a high-up person in this company Quontic was caught stole personal details about a customer. It wuld be so easy for bank employees to steal customers personal information, assume most such thefts are not caught. i had not searched for reviews of this dishonest company before i was duped into letting MAX company savings account open this "Quontic Bank savings account". i wish i had read revews of shady Quontic bank & its shady affiliat MAX company beforehand! Max Company gives all personal identification of "MAX Savings Account"s: your SS# & DL# & your phone# & your own bank's checking account routing #, to 6 shady slimy dishonest thieves calling themselves 6 "online savings banks" including this "savings bank" Quontic Bank. Staff at any level in those "online savings banks" can then take your personal identification home, & some of the shadiest of Max Company's "affiliated 6 savings banks", INCLUDING QUONTIC BANK, have already been caught doing that. Using your all your personal identity info, thieves can then pose as you, to empty your own legit real bank's checking account $$. As soon as i discovered that about Quontic and their affiliated Quontic Bank, i immediately withrew all my money back out. Then i told Quontic Bank verbally on phone then repeatedly in writing: "Close my Quontic account, it is empty, Close it." But then Quontic Bank repeatedly refused to close it, even tho my Quontic Bank account has always been empty, no money in it. Quontic ignored my repeated request to close the account. Quontic instead then sent me daily frequent non-related emails which amounted to harassment of me. Therefor, next i replied to Quontic, telling Quontic company their harassment they committed can put Quantic back on governmment radar plus onto radar of each of MANY different regulatory agencies in the federal government. THAT'S the only action that then made Quontic stop their harrassing me & to simply close my Quontic account.

Five stars! Had a great experience closing on our new home with Quontic bank. Ray, Marcelo and Patty all helped me immensely. They helped me with the process every step of the way and answered all my questions (which I had a lot of hah) would recommend!!

Marcelo and his crew at Quontic made my loan application exceptionally smooth, stress free, and punctual. They were always available to answer any questions I had, even on short notice. I also got a very fair interest rate despite it being a portfolio loan. They're transparent, hard working, and truly make themselves available for their applicants. I expect to use them again for upcoming acquisitions. Big thanks to Marcelo and Ray for clearing the path for me. If you have self-employed income, Quontic is the way to go!

Started working with Quontic about two years prior when opened a CD account, almost at the same time I did inquire on the possibility of applying for a loan with the same bank to buy a house since i had my CD with them, I had the initial conversations in regard with Marcelo Bianchi Montana who gave me a very detailed explanation on how loans work at the bank and a very simple list of items needed to apply. At that time I was not ready with my personal finances but during the almost 2 years, Marcelo was always available and ready to answer questions and giving me updates on the actual loan conditions til the day that I was ready to move forward came up, sent my application and all documents required and in No Time the process begun. Almost immediately the whole Quontic Loan Team got in contact with me, Patricia Almodovar made a remarkable job working on detailed paperwork needed and Ray Durand in guiving me advise and keeping me updated on the progress… In just a few days I was pre approved and the rest of the days til the closing day were just polishing details and closing day was Smooth as Silk. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ray Durand, Marcelo Bianchi, Patricia Almodovar and all Quontic team for making me feel an important customer, cant be more satisfied as I am with the whole bank experience.

This rating would be zero if zero were allowed. I was very interested in opening a Money Market Account with Quontic. Then I read real customers' reviews. An extremely substantial number said that they were denied being able to open an account (savings, CD, Money Market), and they were given absolutely no reason for the denial. Most of these people noted that they had excellent credit scores, no debt, and significant liquid assets. I found this unbelievable so I called Quontic and spoke with a Customer Service person. I asked about their approval process. Here is what she told me: 1) They outsource this function and have nothing to do with it. 2) They are never given a reason why someone was denied, but it has nothing to do with credit or debt checks. 3) The service they use simply checks the info you provide against public records to verify the information you provided. 4) In other words, they check the name and address and phone number you provided against things such as credit cards you have, bank accounts you have, and your utility bills. 5) You will fail if, for instance, you generally do not use your middle initial but you do use it on one of your utility bills -- that sort of thing. 6) I was incredulous and repeated everything she told me, and she verified it. How in the world can a bank -- a BANK, for heaven's sake -- do business like this? 7) The young lady I spoke with reiterated that Quontic Bank is never given the reason for the denial, so they cannot give that information to customers. And, of course, the service they use does not provide this information either. It is only a PASS-FAiL system! No wonder many people think Quontic is just in the business of capturing all your personal identifiying information and all the information about your accounts and other financial information. Please stay away if you value your privacy and sanity.
