Five stars! Had a great experience closing on our new home with Quontic bank. Ray, Marcelo and Patty all helped me immensely. They helped me with the process every step of the way and answered all my questions (which I had a lot of hah) would recommend!!

Marcelo and his crew at Quontic made my loan application exceptionally smooth, stress free, and punctual. They were always available to answer any questions I had, even on short notice. I also got a very fair interest rate despite it being a portfolio loan. They're transparent, hard working, and truly make themselves available for their applicants. Started working with Quontic about two years prior when opened a CD account, almost at the same time I did inquire on the possibility of applying for a loan with the same bank to buy a house since i had my CD with them, I had the initial conversations in regard with Marcelo Bianchi Montana who gave me a very detailed explanation on how loans work at the bank and a very simple list of items needed to apply. At that time I was not ready with my personal finances but during the almost 2 years, Marcelo was always available and ready to answer questions and giving me updates on the actual loan conditions til the day that I was ready to move forward came up, sent my application and all documents required and in No Time the process begun.
