The support staff was very responsive to any questions or requests that were needed during the mortgage process. I purchased a new home during the construction phase and the staff worked diligently to provide my mortgage commitment to the Developer. Their efforts were much appreciated!!

I chose Quontic to put my money in a CD because of their competitive rates and I don't need much support. Although it took me longer than the advertised 5 minutes to open, it was fast, very easy and clear on how to do it. Easy to link an account to fund it. So I would put the enrollment rating at a 4 or even a 5. The point loss is SINCE my enrollment...I want to look up information about my CD, such as when it's maturation date is. I can't figure out how to do it on the website. So although you might be able to do it, it is not intuitive. In short, great investment and company if you want low-touch and are OK looking on-line for things. if you want more hand-holding, consider alternatives.

JMBENTON
I loved the ease and simplicity of initial account opening, and the interest is highest I could find. I would open more account if interest rates are still good.

I am trying to reach someone for a callback and it is proving very difficult. I cannot do what I need to do online, or it certainly is not intuitive, and the matter is time-sensitive.
