I don’t believe there’s been a single interaction with anyone from Quontic that wasn’t frustrating and every call or effort I made was essentially ignored.

Tried to open a checking account and I was denied. Email said it could be "for a number of reasons" and to call customer service for more info. I called, her only advice was to use a different email address, or mix up lower case/capital letters in email I aready used and "try again" and it "might" work. Could not tell me the reason I was denied--they can't see--ridiculous. Blessing in disguise I suppose as I can only imagine how horrible my banking experience would be after this. As someone who has near perfect credit history & score, my only conclusion is that their system really sucks, or I am not the customer they are looking for and have been discriminated against. Update--post their reply--I checked my Chex--clean. At a loss.
