The ease and helpfulness of the staff when I opened my account were exemplary.

After opening an online CD, I discover I can’t add my husband as co-owner, or add beneficiaries without printing out a form and mailing it. ????? Every other bank and federal government allows this all on line. A representative called me and said I could add beneficiaries on line, so I tried and it said mail it in!!!! An online bank, I think not.

Opening the account was very simple and quick. Also I was happy about the rate the back had offered and I will definitely recommend the bank to my friends. Thanks!

Opening my CD was quick and easy. The interest rate is better than most, and they were great about reminding me when it would come due and what my options were going forward.

No complaints, but honestly, I have only been a customer for a month or two and I haven't done anything more than open and fund an account. I can't tell you about customer service or account closure or anything more detailed, because I haven't experienced it yet. Ask me again when more time has passed.

It would be nice if the app provided more information on the CD accounts in it - specifically the maturity dates etc.

I was able to open an account online easily and quickly. When I had a question there was a number to call. I called several times and each representative was helpful answering all my questions. Their customer service is excellent.
