They provide good services. My loan officer Mr Darrin English is great. He worked with me patiently, he explained the process and what to provide. He responds to phone calls and call back on time. Having him as a loan officer facilitate the process for me and built my confidence in the bank. The only think I did not like is that I was not informed that another mortgage company will take over my mortgage payment after completing the buying process. I will use Quontic anytime I want to buy a new house, I recommend this bank for anyone who want to take a mortgage loan.

Honesty up front counts immeasurably. So easy to deal with once you feel comfortable. Smooth sailing from beginning to end. Can not recommend enough. I was in good hands all along. Thank you all.

It took over 4 months to close. The mortgage broker was often rude and abrasive. The underwriters were lousy

A bank that goes beyond the appearance and analyzes each individual case with outstanding expertise. There are never to borrowers that are the same. The success of this bank is due to the efforts they put in personalizing each transaction for the benefit of both the borrowers and the lender.

The fees and rates are very high, but I guess when you are getting a lite doc loan you have to be prepared to pony up. Also, it took quite a bit of effort to get my auto payments set up because they lost my paperwork more than once. Then after just one month of successful auto payments, they sold my loan. The new servicer is a nightmare, already sending me threatening letters about being uninsured. Their records show that someone at Quontic told them the house is vacant. It's not. Next letter said my coverage expired (it didn't) and that I had the wrong lienholder on the policy (not my problem to solve since I'm not the one who sold or bought the loan and I wouldn't have known that information to begin with), and they were going to buy insurance on my property and then charge me for it. Selene Finance is the company. What a mess. Every time I submit a question or request for help it's three weeks for an answer. Thanks a lot, Quontic. I would say all in all, the ONLY positive in this experience was that I was able to get the loan I needed. I would definitely not recommend Quontic in general, though.
