The application process was pain free, easy and quick. However, once I got the mortgage and the paperwork was done I got little to no support. To payoff the mortgage when I sold the house the closing company had to get me on the phone to make it happen.

Horrible experience with this company. Mortgage was paid off quickly and they took FOREVER to mark it paid, while having us incur additional interest and then they never recorded the Satisfaction of Mtge until I brought it to their attention a year later. The unprofessionalism and incompetence is unbelievable in this industry. I wouldn’t use them again!

My mortgage was sold to a third party without my knowledge or consent. Quontic was subsequently a nightmare to deal with when I needed to obtain paperwork and change information online.
