Don't by from this company they do not stand by their products as you can see most of the reviews are bull crap! They came up with a bull crap excuse as to why they can't replace my item and wanted me to just throw it away.

We purchased a 10x20 pop up canopy 11 months ago and have enjoyed it. Last month we had it up when the weather unexpectedly changed and several pieces of the frame were damaged. We contacted Quictents customer service and the service we received from a person named Green was fantastic. We were sent a new frame at no cost in a very timely manner. Green even followed up after we received it to make sure everything was ok with the replacement. It is refreshing to deal with a company that provides exceptional customer service!

We purchased a 10x10 Easy up Gazebo a few months ago and were very happy with it. Unfortunately it was left up during a heavy rain and part of the frame broke under the heavy weight. I contacted customer service to ask about buying replacement parts. They got back with me right away and helped me figure out which parts I needed and sent them to me free of charge! Great customer service!

For a 2x4' grow tent, green line. The tent is well made, and no problems setting it up. There are just a few pinhole light leaks, but just a few in one area near a zipper corner. Easily remedied with a few dabs of black liquid tape or liquid rubber that is used to repair light leaks in old style bellows cameras. It's looks great, too. I'm really happy with it. One of the best purchases I've made this year.

Great Customer Service We bought a 10' x 15' canopy tent about a year ago. About a year later, during a camping trip, the frame broke making it unusable. Not knowing if we were still under the year warranty, I contacted customer service and explain my situation. They replaced the frame free of charge and had it shipped to my door. I am not sure if many companies would do that.

First time my 10x10 got collapsed when it was barely raining. The canopy is junk and collects rainwater. Then they sent me another that had the tie down rings rip off and the canopy bent in half. Now I have two piles of twisted metal in my yard, no canopy and all this aggrevation for the price of 140 bucks. Tough lesson I guess. Terrible product.

This is my second Quictent purchase in 6 years. I vend at markets [several a week] and the Quictent pop-up is erected and collapsed multiple times in a month. I was so pleased with my initial purchase that when I wanted to replace my pop-up it made sense to come straight back to Quictent. I received my new pop-up within a week, however the frame was not good, terribly flimsy and I was unable to collapse it by myself. I contacted Quictent and within 24 hours they had shipped a new one to me at no extra cost. The new frame is a different design and a lot sturdier than the initial purchase. Their customer service is first rate and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I got the red canopy with the screen windows and it is fabulous. It's waterproof and shades on the hot days, very light and looks great. Gets a lot of attention.
