No issues with shipping or speed of delivery. Tent was described as “ pop up” giving the illusion set up would be quick. In fact there are numerous poles of various sizes...not terribly difficult but definitely not “pop up” easy!

Purchased a quictent 8’x 8’ canopy through a reseller, after some time needed a new roof but unable to source one anywhere. After contacting Quictent, they went above and beyond to get me a replacement and I hadn’t it delivered installed and I cannot be happier. I was dreading having to replace the whole tent but very pleased with the outcome. A very happy customer

I have tried contacting customer service several times over the past week. I only get a response in the middle of the night and I have not gotten definitive answers to my issues. I would not purchase from them again.

Very happy with this shelter. It fits my Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic with room to spare. Seems to be of very good quality. I have to slide mine on cement so I have to put something under it. I’m going to cut pvc pipe in half and attach to the bottom poles so that the cement does not tear the material wrapped around the poles. But I’m very satisfied with this shelter. Thanks Much for a good product.

Fast and easy shipping. Product seems to be as stated but I have only had it a couple of days. I had a little trouble understanding the instruction as they were a little sketchy. Had to go on the internet to watch a video of a similar product being set up before I could understand how to do it myself. the instruction were in broken English and confusing.
