We have had our canopy for 3 years and love using it for birthday parties, baby showers, etc. At the last party, we did not stake down the canopy before the wind kicked up and we ended up with our canopy thrown over a fence and broken poles. When we contacted the company about getting replacement poles they were fantastic. We got the broken poles we needed in a timely manner and for free! I highly recommend this company and their products.

I had a popup 10x14 damaged by heavy rains. They sent me a color coded drawing with the parts identified. After selecting the parts and emailing them my list they very promptly shipped the replacements. Very helpful and absolutely no hassle. Very good customer service.

Not all the poles are press button lock, only the perimeter is, all other cross bars are insert & twist

Oh my goodness, I love the material that the top and sides are made of! I was really impressed! We did have a storm pop up while I had it up. And guess what? No leaks at all! BUT, THE FRAME BENT AND TWISTED IN A HEARTBEAT! I didn't mention this in my previous comments because when I contacted customer service, they offered me a new frame. Funny, once I made my comments about how great they were, they could only SELL me an updated version, which was over $50 more than what I originally paid. And they tried to tell me that it was much higher at other online stores, which was an out right LIE! I went searching online and was able to find the same one I purchased at the same price originally paid. They wouldn't even offer me a discount! Yeah,the material is great, but the metal frame is so thin and cheaply made, a little wind can twist it beyond repair. Some pieces were literally snapped in two. They tried to tell me that I left it out too long and it's not made for that. I reiterated that it was not just left outside for a long period of time. A storm popped up while outside, I went in till it was over, no longer than a half hour, at most. The one thing I learned is to have legs weighted down. But the frame is still thin, so not sure if weights would've really helped. The customer service is VERY rude and VERY unhelpful! If you can purchase a tent like this from another company, do it!

We left the canopy up and during the night a thunderstorm came through when we were away and we had not taken the top off. The canopy itself was unharmed, but the wind took the frame and bent it like a pretzel. I contacted Quicktent customer service. Lydia let me know that storm damage was not covered under warranty and that is why it is important not to let it standing. To my surprise, she then offered to replace it and within days, with the help of Lydia, they sent another frame, no charge. We now know to lower it and take the top off which only takes a matter of like 2 minutes. Thanks Quicktent.

The directions for setup were really rather horrible and extremely difficult to understand. But, we persevered and did manage to get it up. I think it would improve your sales considerably if the instructions were written by someone who spoke English and who had really erected one of the tent frames.

We are very happy with this carport. It was easy to put up if you have a wife who reads the instructions. We use it for our boat. Highly recommend!

Had two broken parts called customer service at Quictent talked to Green and he took care of it. Did a great job , fast and with no problems. Nice to know when you have a problem with parts they are there to help. Thank-You
