Had to order a frame for existing 10x10 pop-up. Price was right. Unfortunately, the frame by itself was not listed on the website like it had in the past nor was a phone number to contact them directly. Advised company that I needed it ASAP via email. They were very helpful and got the frame to me before I had to leave town although I have not set it up yet. "Green" was very courteous and helpful. I will follow up once I get the frame erected. Great tent. Exactly what we needed.

This has got to be a joke. I gave my experience 1 star because I couldn't go any lower. After selecting a greenhouse i liked, at a favorable price, completing the purchase and getting an order number, I anxiously awaited putting up the greenhouse. The next day I received an email from Quictent apologizing for not being able to ship to Alaska because of a problem with UPS. The order was canceled and the purchase price refunded (although, it was still on our last VISA statement). We have UPS where I live: also USPS, FedEx, flush toilets... and we do not live in igloos. We are one of the United States, on the same continent as the other 48.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I got from “Quictent”. I contacted them via email and it did take about 2 days to get my situation worked up. Thank you so much for all the help I will definitely recommend and buy your product again when need comes. Keep up the awesome job!!!

I am super happy with my tent. It's a great value, looks nice when I set it up at farmers markets, and it has held up well to the occasional rainstorm and windy day (with weights on the corners, of course). I contacted Quictent because my carry bag was ripped, and they sent me a replacement bag for free. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service provided by Green, who checked on me and made sure I was happy. Thanks Green, and the rest of Quictent!!

I contacted quictent's about an issue I had with the top part of my canopy tent that got a rip in the center and the top leaked really bad. I explained that it had to be a defect because I ordered one before and it lasted me 4 years. They took care of the problem and sent me a new top at no charge. I enjoy doing business with this company and they have a good product that I recommend and will continue to do business with them. I give them 5 stars for products and services. Thank you. B.P.

I think Quictents provide a good product but I think the customer service is what sets them apart. I was satisfied with my last parts purchase - both the excellent and helpful customer service as well as the actual parts. Quictent helped me identify what I needed accurately from a clear diagram, had the parts in stock, shipped quickly and it was easy to install. I just placed a 2nd parts order and the experience was the same as the first. Anyone who has used any of these kinds of popup tents know that if handled inappropriately they can damage - it's sort of part of the deal. But Quictents allow you to keep your tent in operation despite this.
