Easy setup and I mounted to a frame to prevent wind damage. Just wished the plastic would hold up a little better. First cover lasted 2 years, replacement didn’t even make it one season before little plastic pieces litter the inside of the greenhouse. Replacements are cheap so I am not really worried about it.

I was actually looking for parts. My canopy crops bar snapped and I was trying to replace it. I’ve purchased parts before, can’t figure out why I cant access parts

The directions were some of the worst I’ve ever used. I reinforced my greenhouse and it was almost like what the one that in your email. I’ll have a much better working knowledge in the spring!

Fabulous Tent/Not a Long Term Solution My husband and I loved this tent, especially the size and the mesh walls for our back porch during summer. We could fit several chairs and a porch swing under it. Unfortunately after having up for just two months a rainstorm caused a pool of water which in turn caused the top rails to buckle and snap. We didn't plan to use it year round but I wish it would've made it more than 2 months. I also purchased two of these for my nonprofit organization for events. They work fabulously for those events.

The instructions that come with it are very inadequate. I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful, and responded quickly. Unfortunately, even the instructions they sent were still very inadequate.

The tent went together well when you follow the instructions, but our canopy came missing two grommets.

The pricing was great but the tent pole connections were flimsy and tough to assemble. It did not hold up well in rain and wind. In hindsight I would have bought the heavy duty version and paid more. I have a larger heavy duty tent which has served well so far

The tent is well engineered, but the metal pieces were poorly welded. It appears that the welding might have been on top of the paint/coating. I could not afford to wait for replacement, so I reinforced the broken and weak welds with wire-- a stop-gap repair. I would happily buy another if I could be reassured of quality construction because the design is good.
