Very helpful customer service for any issues I had over the past several years and 3 10x20 Greenhouses. We are on our 3rd Greenhouse and have been very happy with the greenhouses. You have tried to improve upon them as issues have been reported like adding additional supports for the frame and even replaced a cover that had issues with the screens rotting prematurely and zippered door breaking after only a few months of use in our South Carolina sun. They even held up to pretty high winds with a little additional support we added to them. We are very pleased and are looking forward to trying out the bigger 10 by 25 greenhouse next. Keep up the excellent work.

We’ve purchased 4 Quictent 10x20 greenhouses through the years. They have served us very well. The company as a whole has stood behind their product, offered us excellent service when needed, gone above & beyond in taking care of us. They also listened to customer feedback by going with a larger size zipper on the greenhouse doors. I couldn’t say enough about how they’ve treated us. In the spring we are looking at purchasing a portable gazebo style tent from them. We know we don’t need to look any further than Quictent because of the support they’ve given us in the past.

I had some minor issues with an order missing parts and they were very accommodating with quick responses and resolutions. They were so great, I even bought more products.

I have 4 Quictent greenhouses and my last purchase was a chicken run. The product was not complicated to assemble and I added support anchors for additional support for winds.

The original purchase quick, easy, and delivered earlier than estimated. The product was better than I had imagined. Set up as easy. It is 45mph rated and did great with the 20mph constant with 30mph gusts we received. When the weather turned cool, a couple seams split. I contacted customer support to purchase a new cover as the frame was perfect. They decided it should be a warranty replacement and sent a replacement cover. It (like the original purchase) arrived earlier than the estimate. It is perfect. Every time I have interacted with the company, things have been exactly as they should be. Thank you, Quictents.

Ordering our chicken run 12x9 size was very easy. With free shipping and a small discount, it was a very good deal. Easy to install and it keeps our Eglu coop shaded for most of the day and the chickens are happy.
