I'm very satisfied with the service. Not only it was delivered on a timely manner, it was what I expected. On of the anchor was miss. I sent an email. They replied instantly. I didn't know how to describe the part. I got a picture with all the parts and their numbers. I was able to identify what I needed. I requested a part that have to be on the safe side. They sent me the extra too. Thank you so much. I will let my friends know to order from you.

Had a problem with the roof.Left a message with customer service and they got back to me letting me know they were sending another. Got it in 4 days thank you Green

So I purchased two "20'X10' Upgraded Heavy Duty Waterproof Anti UV Carport". They are installed one in front of the other making a long 40'x10' carport. I was worried because their placement is in a breezeway between two buildings that gets very very windy. I did make concrete blocks for every leg to help with wind not taking blowing them away, but even with that I was still fearful. So far 3 months in everything is still perfect. During a storm the bungees did rip off but I salvaged a tarp and the structure was intact. ONE email and Quictent sent me a new tarp and bungees within days and its back up. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! Just in merits for customer service alone I will always reference them!!!

I bought a tent for fairs. Im handicapped due to a stroke so easy pop up is essential. I can put this 8x8 up by myself. Also i had a spring fall out of a part due to someone else not using the push button properly. I emailed them and was in a panic i had a fair comming up and a broken tent. They overnighted my part and i received it in less than a week. I will never order another tent from anywhere else. Thanks

We purchased a tent and when it got here the roof would not fit the frame. It was 6 inches short. I sent an email and got a quick response. Not only did they respond they sent us a new tarp that fit our frame perfectly! Wonderful company!

I purchased two tents from Quictent US about 3 years ago. After wear and tear, some parts were getting old from usage. I contacted them and told them what I needed and they were able to assist me without a problem. Green was extremely helpful and patient with me and was able to sent me replacement parts at no cost. THANK YOU GREEN!!!

We are on our 2nd year with Quictent. Our first canopy lasted the summer last year although the tie down strings & roof dry rotted. As we were taking it down, the material basically shredded it was so dry rotted. Customer Service was great & sent a replacement (we took out a 2 year warranty). However after having this canopy up 1 1/2 months, there are gaping holes in the top, where it has rotted, as well as the tie down strings Again customer service was great & promptly sent another top & we are replacing the rotten tie down strings with paracord. Perhaps the company needs to look into alternatives for their materials.Again Customer Service has been awesome in helping correct our problems!
