Quictent USReviews of quictents.com

I used my 10x20 Quictent for the first time over a week-long period. During that time it withstood wind gusting up to 40mph and heavy rain. I was extremely happy with it. Further, I few of the bungee cords that shipped with it came frayed so I contacted Quictent to find out where I could purchase extras of the same size. Rather than have me purchase extras, they quickly sent me additional bungee cords at no additional cost.

Green, What you have done is a great service to a customer whose tent frame was damaged in a severe storm. When I communicated with you, you assisted me in exploring various ways to address this problem. Finally you recommended replacement of the frame than some poles because it is hard to match the items. As I shared with you previously, my friend(owner of the tent) and I are delighted when you offered to send the whole frame "FOR NO COST". During my 42 year stay in USA this is the first time such an offer was made. In addition you arranged for free Fed Ex shipping. I can not ask for any better service than this, you have been prompt and courteous all thru our communications regarding this matter. I wish you have a phone service to communicate with your company. That would have avoided so many emails and delay in final decision. Please share this write up with your supervisor or owner and your colleagues. This is the honest description of what happened. I will copy and paste the same in your web site. Lastly on a personal note it is nice to know that "even now there are good and kind people around the world doing the right things for customer and you are the best example". Keep up the good work and God bless you. Jay
