Great price, Great service, Great follow up after the sale! I had a storm which bent some poles and was looking for replacements. The customer service team was right on it, and in a few days I had new, straight poles. Just the way it ought to be, but rarely is. I highly recommend the products and team at Quictent!

I had problems with my 20x40 party tent. I contacted quictents. Mr. Green was an awesome customer service representative. He helped me to get all the pieces for the tent that was broke. Thank you Green for your kindness and your support.

I have a 10x10 tent and had one of the scissor arms break in two, I reached out to Quictent US and had a response next day from Green. Green asked a couple of questions sent me a parts list and diagram and a few days later my new part came in the mail. During this time there were several update emails sent by Green with Mail tracking info and such and a final follow up email to ensure I had received the part. This was an excellent experience from a top notch customer service rep. Thanks again Green for helping me out!

Green did a great job helping me identify the part on my Quictent that was broken and sent it to me in enough time for our football tailgate party! Great customer service, timely, and friendly.

Quictent US went above and beyond in helping me out, and I totally appreciate it. I had borrowed my friend’s tent for my wedding and accidentally broke one of the leg pieces during the party. I couldn’t return it to my friend broken, so I emailed customer service as a long shot. Luckily they told me that they had the part. And I would have paid for it but they decided to ship me a new leg for free! They shipped it straight to my friends house and took care of both of us, and I couldn’t be happier with them.

I purchased a quictent because the customer service ratings were very good. well I have a completely different story. I have tried to get someone to help me with obtaining a new frame as mine bent and even broke on my first use. It was under warranty and still is. All I want is a new frame, but I cannot get any kind of response, either by phone call or e-mail. In May, when I first tried to contact them, they responded by e-mail, said they had no parts and there was no warranty. Now I cannot even get a response. Can't complain about the customer service-BECAUSE IT DOESN'T EXIST!

The customer service at Quictent US is exceptional! We used our new tent at a hot and humid July family reunion. It was a life saver! The next morning there was damage to the tent. (I blame the porta-potty delivery guy). Because Quictent listed the parts to the tent in their manual it was really easy to order replacement parts and unexpectedly wonderful that they were delivered quickly at no additional charge to us! Customer service like that does just not exist any more. Highly recommend this company!!
