Frame colapsed in first wind of 20…
Frame colapsed in first wind of 20 knts. Didnt even bother with a repacement. Cust. Serv. Was bad...rather deal with local Walmart

The tent is well engineered, but poorly made
The tent is well engineered, but the metal pieces were poorly welded. It appears that the welding might have been on top of the paint/coating. I could not afford to wait for replacement, so I reinforced the broken and weak welds with wire-- a stop-gap repair. I would happily buy another if I could be reassured of quality construction because the design is good.

Good greenhouse for the price
I like the product just poles are easy to bend and the only way I could actually keep it from blowing away was to dig down into the ground about 6 inches and bury it. The plastic holds up really nice so far though. You cant fully close the windows due to not having velcro all the way around which kind of sucks for the cold nights that you try to keep heat in

purchased a 6.6"x6.6"x6.6" tent
purchased a 6.6"x6.6"x6.6" tent, it did not fit inside deck area. requested an exchange or purchase another one but have not gotten a response. was my fault by not measure area correctly, not gotten a response is poor customer service.

My tent arrived in not so perfect…
My tent arrived in not so perfect condition. After contacting the company, sending a few pictures, they move very quickly to correct the issue.
