I ordered my first Screenhouse I love the size of it but it was too flimsy. When it rained it broke the frame. They sent me free all new pieces and I put it together but after one use one of the bars rusted out. They sent me a whole new frame free of charge and shipping which is much sturdier. I even wash the canopy and it came out great as it had become soiled in storage. Their customer service is awesome

Green, from Customer Service, was extremely helpful in tracking down the replacement parts for my party tent. I was so happy to have someone who would help me get the correct parts. They arrived exactly on the day promised. I would recommend Quictent to anyone looking for a great tent.

I have had my carport for 3 years, and in the harsh winter winds, the top cover, walls and a few pipes needed replacing. Green was there and supplied me with everything I needed, at a fair price along with free shipping .....5 stars for the great customer service Thank You so much

We purchased five garages for a summer camp. After six weeks of use, the bungees frayed and broke during a storm. Green was wonderful - he mailed five new sets of cords very quickly.

I purchased a 10x30 party tent. The tent worked great for my parties. I did have one problem with a couple of poles, but Green in customer service was great and sent replacement poles

I bought a tent with screen on all 4 sides. After a few weeks of it being up, a rain storm came through and the frame broke. I immediately contacted Quictent via email requesting a resolution. Within a day I had a response from customer service and withinn a week I had a new frame in my house, without any cost to me. The customer service rep, Green, was very professional and helpful. Because of the customer service expierence I would definitely recommend Quictent to anyone that is looking to purchase a tent.

Its a good tent but nobody answers a phone and they sent us half of the tent we ordered and half of another tent. The tarp is the wrong size and nobody answers anything. Customer service is not good
