Overall very good
Overall pretty good. I wish I knew about others options offered like smoke and CO detection. I would of have added these options during installation.

Great Customer Service....system issues
My experience has been great, BUT I have had one sensor that didn't work and a false alarm. The Customer Service Rep was great coordinating a repair man to come out and reset the system. We still do not know why we had a false alarm. So I give a 5 to customer service and a 2 to the system.

great at times!! just a few bugs
they answer fast...however you end up on hold up to an hour at times!!! on weekends seems to be a lack of intelligence working...so you get passed from one person to the next....but their system is great...prices are great!! and at least you get a american to talk to that you can understand..just be ready for a lot of hold time...equipment is good had one failure so far...so giving it all a rating of 3...

Very dissapointed
At first I was given the wrong information by the sales rep. I was told that I could have 6 sensors with cameras. Then I was told that 3 was the maxso the representative promised me $50 credit plus additions window sensors. As of today I still haven't received it and I have followed up twice. Please have someone call me at626-975-9570

Wonderful Service
This was my first alarm company experience so not sure what to expect. I would a lot for plenty of time for install, and that's a good thing. My representative took plenty of time to advise me of what was being done, and what other options I should consider to add on in the future. There was no hard sale on new items but more of a conversation and education. The rep walked through everything in great detail and did a great job to make the transition in my home seamless.
