When I purchased my own home after my ex and I divorced I didn't waste time contacting other residential alarm companies. Instead I went right to Protection1 with whom my ex and I had been for over 10-years ( and she remains with them ). We've always had excellent service... the system operating as it should. And the customer service has always been exceptional. Short if any wait times... polite, courteous and helpful personnel. Just a pleasure to work with. If I had any complaints it would be, actually, for my ex who has a panel that is original. It would seem the company would want folks using such older equipment to update/upgrade to the latest and greatest touch panels, etc. It seems to me they should push this out to the customer base.

It took two weeks to receive the product due to their severe weather, but they forget the instruction book and my hallway image sensor is not operative had to call a second time to make they were ordered and on the way. Which she overnighted but I still have not received them.

The service personnel are very courteous and on time. They are very knowledgeable on the products installed and are patient when explaining how the system works.

I now have the protection 1 service installed, however I would like to test the operational/detection and response efficiency of an actual break-in scenario. How can I simulate a test to measure Protection 1 response time?

Excellent Customer Service. Only thing that could be improved is billing. I still have not yet received my paper statement in the mail!

Love the security although I recently had a break in and no one was caught thieves have gotten really smart. They might have gotten away with more had I not had Protection 1

Had a few clinches, but the immediately resolved the problems!
