Excellent sales and quick install. Thought the price was good , until two days later I received an offer from ADT for $20 less per month. Decided to stay with Protection 1. I believe they are worth it.

Within a half day of signing up we were up an running. Installation complete, account access through the Web, and Internet app to manage the devices. All working well. Slick mobil app and great support.

The representative and tech was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They answered all of my questions and once the installation was done, they even took all the time I needed to make sure I understood how to work my system before leaving. I felt very confident in all aspects of this system. I would highly recommend Protection 1 to my family and friends.

The associate who set up our system was great in every way. Our system has worked very well in the last month. We have had a false alarm and the security called before I was even notified the security system went off while I was away. I thought that said a lot about response time and service.
