My assessor was incredible! She was so nice and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process, she was very patient when I needed extra time for processing, it was 3 sessions for me, 2 that were 2 hours each then one last session that was about 30 minutes. Then we met again a couple days after the assessment to hear about my diagnosis. She did say in the diagnosis call that the report should arrive in my email in about 2 weeks after our last call.

I couldn’t have asked for more. Clear pricing, clear process and communication on what to expect. I really connected with the person assessing me. She was genuine, warm and listened well. I felt she understood me, which isn’t typical. I would recommend.

The person who tested my son was so kind, and you could tell she was very experienced. Testing was very thorough but good.

I've been trying to find a way to get an assessment online, but getting there has been difficult until I found Prosper Health. They checked my insurance, and I got my assessment scheduled in a couple of days. It's been a very easy and great experience from start to finish.

The price was exactly as quoted. I liked that I could choose my therapist. The process was easy. Instructions could be clearer, steps more defined! It's been 2, 7 day weeks and still no official review; I don't like that.
