I like how nice the doctor was and how much y’all offer support wise. I’ve only had a few problems with not getting the link for the educational sessions and I emailed twice, once for each time it happened. They jumped right on it and resolved the issue. Highly recommend!

Affirming, helpful, and thorough.

It was so easy to get an appointment. It was helpful that they broke the assessment into two appointments instead of doing it all at once. Dr. Jordan Skaggs was amazing!

I was a patient with Prosper Health for about three months, working through a recent Level 1 autism diagnosis, grief, and personal challenges. My sessions were generally helpful, which made what happened next even more upsetting. Out of nowhere, I was told I needed a different level of care than Prosper was able to provide - something that had never been raised before, and without clear explanation or examples. Shortly after, I was informed that my therapy would be discontinued. I did try to follow up with the referrals provided, but ran into waitlists and requests for information I don’t have. In the meantime, I was left without any support, direction, or understanding of how to carry forward what I came to understand in therapy. What stands out most is how unprofessionally this situation was handled. There was no real discussion, no transition plan, and no continuity of care—just a sudden end to therapy during a very difficult time in my life. I reached out to support via a detailed email requesting more information and received an initial generic response stating that I would get more details within 48 hours, but four days later and still no response . I understand that higher levels of care are sometimes necessary, but this felt less like a handoff and more like being dropped.

Thank you for sharing this. I’m really sorry for how this experience felt, especially after you had been doing meaningful work in therapy. I can understand how upsetting and abrupt that must have been. When a provider determines that a higher level of care may be more appropriate, it’s always with the intention of making sure you have access to the right level of support. That said, it should feel clearly communicated and supported, and I’m sorry that wasn’t your experience. I also want to acknowledge the communication piece — while there was outreach from our team, I’m sorry that it didn’t feel timely or helpful in the moment. I know you’ve been in contact with our client support lead, and we are actively working on this with you. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. It’s important, and it helps us continue improving how we support clients through transitions like this.

Awesome clinician who performed my assessment. Felt heard, validated, felt like I was in a safe and welcoming space to be open and vulnerable.
