Making the appointment was simple and insurance was checked prior to appointment being scheduled. I liked the ability to pick who I was going to see and ultimately was very happy with my doctor. I felt the assessment was in depth and open.

Getting an appointment was quick and easy, and reminder emails helped me prepare for the assessment. It was three parts and my clinician was on-time for each one. She was incredibly kind and professional, checking in with me regularly to see if I had questions. All of the materials I've received have been high quality and clearly written and provide explanations for every step before, during, and after the assessment. Depending on the results, you receive helpful materials, accommodation letters, and even have access to free education seminars.

It was easy to set up, my evaluator was kind and patient. Every things was on time, and judgment free.

I think prosper has really made it easy to explore adult diagnosis especially understanding high masking. No complaints

Prosper Health makes it possible to learn more about myself. I am an adult and I was surprised to learn that it was possible to access an affordable assessment, covered by my insurance, on my own schedule. I was able to choose a professional who had appointments available outside of my working hours and who was flexible in scheduling the initial and second appointments as well as the call to discuss the findings. Additional resources (therapy, support groups) were offered. This has been a very positive experience.

Liked: my psychologist that did my assessment and the discord chats Disliked: my first two counselors were very unstructured and seemed to not communicate well enough for AuDHD brain to be able to gather n anything. They don’t seem to have much experience with neurodivergence.
