It was very easy to make an appointment to be evaluated for ASD, I did not have to meet any criteria before the appointment was accepted. My autism evaluator was very understanding of my unique situation, as I do not meet all the criteria for autism, but I met it enough to still receive an autism diagnosis. I also like how easy it is to choose your evaluator/therapist and view their profile and availability before making a decision. I also like that I did not have to make any phone calls, to cancel or make appointments and everything is able to be done on the app.

The process was easy to understand, and the assessment while time consuming and emotionally exhausting was straightforward. My psychologist was so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The Education Groups they offer after diagnosis are wonderful and a source of information and safety for me!!

It was very quick and easy to get an appointment. In less than two weeks I had my results and was able to schedule an appointment with a therapist.

I used my PPO to help receive an evaluation and diagnosis. The process was very comfortable and I was able to do the evaluation virtually from home. The psychologist/provider was kind, sensitive, and thoughtful. I am grateful for her service during the process of learning more about myself and how my diagnosis helps me advocate for myself. I recommend using Prosper if your insurance will cover it. The portal is very supportive in helping you make additional requests and for accessing therapy directly related to your diagnosis.

From choosing a therapist, to the sessions, to completing the assessment, everything was easy to navigate. What to expect and cost were clearly outlined and communication was throughout!

Any time I reach out for a problem or question, Prosper Health responds quickly and with options for me in order to go solve my problems. I had decided my current therapist wasn't a good fit and they asked me questions about what I would prefer and then they gave me options to choose from. So far I feel much more connected to my therapist!

It was wonderful to finally understand how my brain works and to receive validation for something I suspected about myself, especially being a mom to two Autistic boys. The process wasn't as intense as I imagined due to the calm and kind nature of my doctor. I am excited to read my report and to continue exploring myself in depth like Ive always craved and imagined. I am forever grateful for Prosper for giving me something Ive tried seeking before and was laughed at in tje past left believe I was broken. Now, being accepted and listened to with this profesional full evaluation I see I wasnt the problem it was my previous providers lack of expertise but thanks to them taking the time and putting these ads out there more women like me can feel safe and seen enough to seek a diagnosis .
