My therapist has been amazing and really making me feel comfortable and accepting my own recent neurodivergence

Doctor was great. Super thorough and kind. She’s Also neurodivergent herself which is like winning the psychologist lottery. I felt seen.

I had an excellent testing experience. The provider who did the testing was professional, relatable, and kind. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Amy. She made the experience comfortable.

Very simple to understand process, and provider made me feel comfortable.

Need to bill insurance and request payment after appts. I paid up front as required and had already met my max out of pocket. Still havent billed insurance and need to be reimbursed. I was told it was billed & it is not showing with insurance. Not great billing process or customer service for billing. Provider was amazing though.

The intake process was timely, easy, and straightforward. My therapist through Prosper has been so helpful for my mental health. I was so nervous about seeing a new therapist (especially over Zoom), but it’s actually been great. I was able to connect with a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming therapist. I’ve recommended Prosper to all my friends who are looking to start therapy.

Easy and comfortable

I came online and filled out all the paperwork that was requested and when i was choosing who i wanted to talk to it was very quick to set an appointment and the psychologist, Robert Boxley, was so nice he made the whole assessment go so smoothly and listened and i was able to easily open up to him
