The app is more user friendly than many that support healthcare planforms and I have attentional and executive function deficits that can make it difficult to navigate online cites or complete forms. The provider I was connected with as a therapist is a great fit and I feel very seen heard and supported.

The process of applying for assessment was super smooth and easy, and communication all around was great. Reminders for my appointments were sent by email and text message several times by default, which immensely helped me. Working with my psychologist was a wonderful experience as well – very thorough, accommodating, and understanding. My entire experience with Prosper Health from beginning to end was top-notch. I hope many, many people are helped like I was and would recommend them to everyone!

If I could give zero stars, I would I really liked the therapist, Shelter Dziya. She paused the 1st appointment, was unsure about the assessment, and said she'd get back to me about how the 2nd appointment would be handled, said to hold the time and that she'd get back to me about options. radio silence. I got FOUR reminders for the 2nd appointment. Then 5 minutes afterwards, a texted appointment cancellation. this. is. inappropriate. I can understand deciding to cancel, providing recommendations about next steps or about a change in plan, but cancelling without notice, providing other options *and* after the fact? absolutely inexcusable and totally unprofessional.
