I do not recommend no one to work here at prose there so unprofessional it’s all favoritism and false accusations just to get u fire sad to mention

They are so unprofessional when it comes to their employees. There’s a lot of favoritism.

Not a fan: To begin with they’re overpriced. Second, it is almost impossible to cancel or edit any orders. I have texted on 2 different orders. No response for at least 2 days, then they conveniently respond stating they can’t cancel the order because it shipped in that waiting period. I was also told completely different things regarding canceling an order.? So nobody seems to be knowledgeable there. Thirdly, it’s very difficult to actually sign in. You don’t just have a username and password like every other website no, you have to send your email and then they email you so you can log into your account. I really hate that. I like to function of beauty products, a whole lot more. But with this brand drugstore hair care is is better actually to me 

I thought I’d give Prose a chance despite their high cost, because why not? When the products arrived I was kind of shocked at the small bottles. But, maybe they’re worth the price? I used the products according to directions for 2 weeks. My hair became a lot drier than usual and my scalp was getting irritated. The dispenser on the cheap plastic conditioner bottle broke almost immediately. Then my hair started falling out. Yeah. Run away from this brand, folks. It’s not worth the obscene cost, and it just might ruin your hair.

Product didn’t help my hair; just got dinged for another order more expensive than original order; did not sign up for a subscription. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Prose Hair Products generally have favorable ratings. However, their subscription, inability to cancel, automated billings for products that are not delivered, are awful. Their FAQ instructions on how to cancel subscriptions in no way maps to their portal layout. If you order the products, DO NOT sign up for any subscription. I still haven’t received a resolution to my problem and am trying to see how I may cancel payments via my bank account.

I really like the products themselves. My problem is that any other subscription service will notify you at least a few days on advance of your purchase. Prose surprises you with a payment receipt in the middle of the night. Seeing as how they are a customized product and won't let you cancel an order once it's placed, they should let you know that's going to happen. Even though I like the products, I will be looking for a different solution for my hair and skin care.

Customer Service is terrible! I placed my order, and it went through twice--meaning I was charged twice & would receive 2 of the same product . I attempted to cancel immediately after the order was placed, but they refused to cancel. Stating that it was impossible & that they already started creating my order. In the past, it's taken WEEKS for my order to even process & ship, so I know that's a lie. It's not my fault that their system processed it twice. I should not be charged for a mistake on their end, nor should I be refused a refund. In their response, they also man-splained to me how to use the website. Incredibly condescending. Not sure I will continue my subscriptions after this. Customer service is losing customers.
