Love prose hair products! I was skeptical at first about how good it would be and it has exceeded my expectations

The product isn't really the issue. The autoship is. Yes you can pause it, but life gets busy. Who can remember the exact date to go in and pause it again if you aren't ready for now product? Most companies that have an autoship service will send reminders. Prose just ships it. Then you have to deal with it after the fact because the formulations are specially made for you. It gets frustrating. You end up with tons of product or paying for product when you don't have the funds that month and don't need more. You just get an email saying your product is on the way and a charge on your card.

I have finally found products that make my hair feel and look good

I have to say I'm very impressed with this company! I bought a hair mask and some how started a subscription with out noticing and I must have added pretty much very thing I clicked on that day. I noticed a fairly (to me) large amount of money taken out of my bank account. I contacted customer service and they were quick to fix what was my mistake. I will definitely be a returning customer! Oh and the hair mask is AMAZING! Their products smell amazing and my hair is so soft after I use the mask.

Since using this product, my hair is softer and healthier. There has been a marked improvement, although there is still some work to do, I'm overall satisfied so far.

First of all, I want to say that this is excellent quality shampoo. The best I have ever used. It’s just too bad sales and schemes totally damage its reputation. One you order it keeps landing back way too frequently and feel there must be some sort of small print I am missing. Also, initial discounted price is barely reasonable, the prices skyrocket after that. It’s a shame to offer such a great product and then ruin it by smarmy practices.

Fabulous products and rge best customer service. The value for products formulated just for me and I can afford them??? Priceless!
