Difficult to postpone with a UI that only lets you postpone weeks at a time. Does not send warning or give opportunity to postpone before charging card for the subscription.

Love the shampoo and conditioner personalized to me! BUT a reminder service would be appreciated. Amazon, Vitamin Store, Grove, etc. ALL have reminders when my order is coming up. This gives me time to tweak my present needs for my formula, add items that I’ve been eyeing. Please send out reminders when the order is coming up!!

Have not received my order. Order was confirmed on the 6th - and according to the tracking they don't even have a delivery yet - this is 16 days later??????????

Like the actual product, but am so frustrated by the lack of transparency when orders are made. Going to have to cancel because there is no warning that an order is about to be processed and the autopicked items will mean I have too much product

Not given enough days ahead to reschedule my order since I have a lot of this shampoo conditioner, and I don't like these types of products sitting around for a long periods of time.I have since paused my order and I'm probably canceled the subscription because I do not like subscriptions for that reason!!

Prose has some good products. I love the curl cream. However, their business model/practices are horrible. They run with a subscription system and it is really hard to turn it off. They don't email a warning that another shipment is coming. The only notification you get is that your order has been placed after you've been charged. I tried to cancel my subscription last week when they sent me another curl cream that I didn't need yet, but it didn't take. Or maybe it did, but today, I was charged $130 for some skin care products. Apparently, you have to cancel the skin care products separately from the haircare products. That wasn't clear when I tried to cancel my account. It's really frustrating. Be extra aware if you want to go with this, that you need to be very proactive about checking when they plan to send you another shipment. There was a point in the past when they sent me so much curl cream, I canceled my account and it took me a year to use it all.
