The product isn't really the issue. The autoship is. Yes you can pause it, but life gets busy. Who can remember the exact date to go in and pause it again if you aren't ready for now product? Most companies that have an autoship service will send reminders. Prose just ships it. Then you have to deal with it after the fact because the formulations are specially made for you. It gets frustrating. You end up with tons of product or paying for product when you don't have the funds that month and don't need more. You just get an email saying your product is on the way and a charge on your card.

I requested this shipment held back. And it wasn’t. I have too much product already

What recent order?

I didn't know it was time, and I don't need the product right now. I would appreciate if you would send an email before the product is due to be sent. I am about to cancel because you make it so difficult to only get the products you want. In the future, I would appreciate only receiving the shampoo and conditioner

My orders are consistently being delivered to the wrong address despite my many attempts to fix this issue

Too expensive

I love prose’s products, but their website and order process is unnecessarily cumbersome.

The label for my order was created on 10-7. It is currently 10-21 and my order has been held up in shipping since 10-16. When I brought this up via email the shipping was updated, however it went from Amazon Shipping to a slower USPS shipping option with an expected delivery date still one week away. If on time my order will be received 20 days after the label was created.
