Kauferfahrung: Ich komme aus Norddeutschland und hatte daher nicht die Möglichkeit mich direkt vor Ort beraten zu lassen. Online kann man ein Video-Call zur Beratung buchen. Termin innerhalb eines Tages! David (Geschäftsführer) hat sich sehr viel Zeit für mich genommen und mich perfekt beraten! Danke nochmal David. Bike ist bestellt. Ich ergänze die Bewertung nach Erhalt und ausführlicher Einfahrphase.

I own two Propain bicycles: a carbon-frame 2021 Hugene and an aluminum 2025 Tyee. Both are great bikes. The Hugene can face all trails but the most demanding. The aluminum Tyee, despite being heavier, is surprisingly efficient to pedal uphill. Quality of frames is top notch and thanks to the online configurator you can decide how to spend your money investing in the components you value the most on their online shop. Over the years I contacted several times technical support for different reasons and I always received a reply, maybe not the same day, but always within a very reasonable amount of time. I met them in person in test ride days and fairs across Italy and Austria and the crew is always nice and friendly.

No puedo estar más satisfecho de haber comprado una eBike PROPAIN. Ya después de haber hecho el pedido decidí cambiar algunos componentes siendo este trámite rápido y sencillo. Además recibí asesoramiento telefónico de gran ayuda en varias ocasiones. Más adelante la correa del motor SRAM falló. El trámite de la garantía con SRAM lo realicé directamente desde mi taller local de confianza y PROPAIN se hizo cargo del coste de la mano de obra (SRAM mandó un motor nuevo sin coste).

Even though I told their customer service that I bought my propane bike used, they still were very helpful on the phone, and send me replacement parts super easy and were kind enough not to charge me for them. Even said they could help with crash replacement, if need be.

Today I had a great experience with Propain's technical support. I purchased a Terrell CF frameset (by the way, the sales and shipping service was very satisfactory). I had some specific technical questions about installing custom components that I couldn't find on the website. I used the chatbot, which couldn't provide the information because it was too specific. Propain immediately contacted me by phone, providing detailed answers and helpful advice. They were very kind, and I thank them again for their support.

Ein neues Gravel Bike musste her, ich habe mich für Propain Terrel CF entschieden, was soll ich sagen cooles Bike, trotz der Lieferverzögerungen war die Kommunikation mit Propain immer da und wurde immer geschaut das mein Bike geliefert wird. Der After Sales funktioniert ebenso gut! Reklamation wurde super schnell bearbeitet und wir haben schnell eine Lösung gefunden, die on Fly vor Ort gleich gelöst wurde. Danke an das Propain Team. Frohe Weihnachten und ein guten Rutsch in neues Jahr 2026.
