I have a K13 dtf printer, and I love it!! Prints come out so bright and feel amazing on the shirts I've made so far. I had a couple of issues, that I'm sure were user error, and when I contact support, I was immediately connected with someone on line that resolved the issue quickly. The printer is amazing, and support is amazing!

Love this printer. Prints are vibrant and colorful. I print on a regular basis and printer has been very reliable. Contacted help portal a couple times and they were very detailed in their assistance with videos and diagrams. Very satisfied customer. Definitely recommend

The prints come out constant in color, print after print. Occasional computer/printer communication issues. Also occasionally the print will stop mid print like it’s done and I have to reprint. But overall, this machine has made my life easier and my customers happier.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! THE DTF PRINTER I PURCHASED DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY AT ALL. THERE IS NO SUPPORT TO HELP YOU EITHER! THEY ARE A SCAM SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY! IF YOU NEED TO RETURN THE MACHINE THEY TRY TO GET OUT OF GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. THANKS TO ME PURCHASING THROUGH AMAZON I WAS ABLE TO RETRIEVE MY MONEY BACK! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THE SOFTWARE FROM THEM GAVE MY COMPUTER A VIRUS. I WAS SHOWED EXACTLY WHERE THE VIRUS CAME FROM AND IT WAS FROM THEIR SOFTWARE. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I AM ALSO SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD BAD ISSUSES WITH THEM TOO.
