Buyers beware. Bought one of the higher end models. It’s less than 90 days old and we have had to replace two parts. One of the parts they won’t cover under the warranty. Also, customer service for USA buyers is only available starting at 6pm.

This company is by far the worst when it comes to helping their customers. They are constantly changing my software, colors are not vibrant and they blame it on the artwork. Takes them hours to fix the smallest issue and if the issue isn’t fixed they leave you hanging and go to lunch without letting you know not taking into consideration they are 12 hours ahead. I have contacted them numerous times and no one answers! It’s ridiculous. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!

Would leave half a star if I could. New to DTF wish I did more research before purchasing this $3k printer which never printed a vibrant white coat due to printer head being clogged on one side. Had to learn through YouTube. Finally get help at 9pm for an hour before they go "to lunch" before you know it, its midnight. Then to top it off your only offered a 6 month warranty on this expensive equipment, seems like they know of how these fail often which is why they offer only 6 months. My printhead does not print anything and machine is not even a year old. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I can say it was packaged well and arrived on time. We purchased our pro color printer machine and it has never completely worked right. It would only print 3 prints and barely finish the 3rd print. Now it's down after just over a month printheads, motherboard and power supply. We have no idea how to fix this ourselves. They are providing videos through Skype its been 6 hours now and still working on it. The customs service is only through Skype and email. And that's not until 8 pm ct when we can get help. I would have never bought this machine if I would have known this. This is absolutely ridiculous. We are losing business. They should sent us a new machine with everything that's wrong with it. We did maintenance on it everyday since getting just a month an half ago. It's now 3 o'clock in the morning and we are tired. I had to trash a design and the lid dropped down kind of hard and the printer is done! We need some help here. Now they are telling us that ink pump is broke and we need to pay for it. I think they should be replacing the whole printer. No further help until tonight at 8pm Ct.

i have called every number that is given, i have tried emailing the email and it comes back not deliverable. i am just needing help with my printer and i cant seem to get the help i need without spending late hours on the phone with skype waiting for the techs in china to reply and they take forever to reply then at 10:30 our time they leave for lunch and then you have to wait for them to come back and try again, i just need someone to reach out and please help me.

Bought this printer from Procolored several months ago, printed 4 prints and is been nothing but hell ever since. I have literally built this thing 3 times watching videos. I sent it back and that was a month ago. no machine and no money back! stay away from this company!

Be aware they sell cheap printers over £1k and they refuse to accept a return under UK consumer act 2015. The printer is faulty. I don’t recommend to use this company. Stay away everywhere you see this brand they use Epson components and they don’t take responsibility. Positive review are usually from people they get free the printer or ink for free.

BUYER BEWARE...... Support for this company has to be by far one of the worst ever. They tell you to contact them via Skype, they answer hours later and are only open from 8:00pm to 7:00am EST... Forcing everyone in the USA to trouble shoot their printer on their time, but that's if support contracts you. My printer won't do a printer head cleaning or print. It was working and seconds later it stopped. DTF printers must be ran once a day to avoid the white ink from clogging and no ONE has reached out to me to fix this issues. GO with a company that offers better support and cares about their customers.
