I was having some issues with my Procolored K13 Lite where the lights were blinking and I wasn’t able to print. Peter was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the troubleshooting process. I really appreciated how quickly he responded and how well he guided me through the issue. I’m very pleased with the support and after-care service I received from Procolored. Tengo una procolored P13-MAC, los diseños me lo imprimen bien los colores son muy radiantes. Me gusta mucho es fácil de imprimir y si tengo problemas me ayudan mucho son muy amables.

My tech, Tony was very helpful in assisting me with the installation of my printhead. It did not take very long and the process went smoothly. Very happy to have my printer up and running again.
