⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed With My Procolored F8 DTF Printer and Customer Support
I purchased a Procolored F8 DTF printer in March 2026 through Swing Design for $2,459, and it was delivered in April 2026. This printer has been nothing but problems since I received it.
Nearly every time I have attempted to use this printer, something has gone wrong. I have repeatedly contacted Procolored technical support for assistance, and I have spent countless hours troubleshooting instead of actually being able to print.
I have experienced clogged ink lines, white ink circulation problems, leaking and swelling ink dampers, and white ink spraying everywhere when the circulation system starts. I have already used the extra replacement dampers that came with the printer, but the problems have continued. Now the printer will not even power on correctly, although the ink circulation system still operates.
Because of these ongoing issues, the printer sat unused for approximately two months. I have also wasted an entire set of six 250 mL bottles of DTF ink, totaling 1,500 mL, along with printing film. I have purchased additional ink and supplies through Amazon, resulting in even more expenses.
After all the problems I have experienced, Procolored offered me a $50 discount toward purchasing additional supplies or parts. I find this extremely disappointing considering I spent $2,459 on a printer that has never worked reliably.
I should not have to continuously troubleshoot, replace parts, waste expensive supplies, and contact technical support just to use a printer that I purchased new.
I expected a reliable printer and reasonable customer support. Instead, I have an expensive piece of equipment that I cannot depend on and additional expenses from wasted supplies.
I would not recommend the Procolored F8 DTF printer based on my experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing one to research the product and customer support carefully before spending their money.

I purchased a Procolored K13 Lite and…
I purchased a Procolored K13 Lite and it has been a complete nightmare and a financial loss. The machine was defective from the day it arrived, and I have not been able to print a single thing or make any money. Here is how this company operates:The Warranty Trap: The warranty is incredibly short, and they claim that simply adding ink voids your warranty—which is impossible to avoid if you are trying to test a new printer.Refusal to Refund: They completely refuse to issue a refund or send a working replacement machine. They only offer to mail parts for a brand-new, broken machine.Ghosted by Support: Even if they send parts, you cannot get help. Their 1-877 number is essentially useless because the actual techs are in China (requiring late-night calls). I have been scheduled for a tech callback since August 2026 and have been completely ignored despite multiple emails.Ignored Legal Demands: I sent Procolored a formal Demand Letter giving them 5 days to respond with a working machine or my money back. They completely ignored it.Do not buy from Procolored. They currently hold an F-rating with the BBB. There are entire Facebook communities dedicated to people facing these exact same issues. I have officially filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, the Louisiana Attorney General, and the California Attorney General. I am also actively contacting legal representation to initiate a class-action lawsuit. Save your money and your sanity—stay far away.

BAD DEAL
We bought two DTF machines, and they turned out to be essentially disposable; parts keep failing and they don't work properly. We made a huge investment in them, but it all went to waste because the warranty is very short and you have to keep buying parts that don't last at all.

I am left with a very expensive paper weight
I am left with a very expensive paperweight after dealing with this company. The journey to get here has been an absolute joke, marked by sheer unprofessionalism and childish behavior from their support team.
Endless Remote Access: I lost count of the amount of times their technicians remotely accessed my PC. Instead of fixing the issue, I was practically treated like an unpaid engineer, having to carry out instructions on my own equipment for hours on end.
The Final Breakdown: On their very last attempt to fix it, after 6 grueling hours on the phone and remote session, the printer broke completely.
Refusal of Consumer Rights: When I requested a refund for a faulty product, I was told I wasn't entitled to one under UK consumer law because their "terms and conditions override it." (Note: A company's T&Cs cannot legally override statutory consumer rights).
Poor Conduct: The level of childishness and poor customer service I experienced throughout this entire ordeal is beyond belief.
I am now having to go through my bank to raise a chargeback to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs if you expect a working product or basic consumer protection.
Issues started a few weeks after delivery up until it finally broke in August.

Mechanical failure after 3 months and unclear warranty terms
I purchased a Procolored K13 Lite for $4,700 in Dec 25 through a payment plan which i am still paying off. After about three months, the pump began diverting cyan ink into the waste line, causing leaks and forcing me to turn the printer off. Troubleshooting is labour‑intensive and difficult due to the language barrier and the need to record and upload videos for support. The protection plan was not clearly disclosed. It is provided by a third‑party company, covers accidental damage in year one and mechanical failure in year two, and is not an extended warranty.
Procolored’s own warranty is one month, and anything involving ink is excluded even when the failure is mechanical. I was also told I needed to purchase additional consumables to receive warranty parts, which I found unacceptable.Support and PR have not responded to my escalation. It is still ongoing.
Buyer beware - also check Reddit and YouTube reviews - avoid beta backers who receive free units.
Search just Procolored on this site.
The company could improve by accepting liability, refunding or replacing parts, and being transparent about selling an expensive protection plan that does not cover mechanical faults until the second year, while their own warranty expires after one month.
Depending on the outcome, I will publish all communication with personal details redacted so this review can be validated.
This reflects my personal experience.
