I have had my L18000 printer for 9 months it’s been issue after issue. Procolored hasn’t done anything to help resolve the problem except to tell me to follow the videos which I do and nothing fixes the issues. I haven’t been able to run this printer for 2-3 days stray without having to always restart it because both lights are red after one print, the paper light comes on every 4 days, the 2 lights blink back & forth after a wk of use which is mainly maintenance or running it to fix problems , then on top of it there is a clunking noise.

I purchased a Procolored printer seven months ago, expecting a reliable piece of equipment. However, my experience has been fraught with technical problems, making it an ordeal for someone like me, who lacks repair skills. Initial Issues and Misleading Promises: Right from the start, the printer was delicate and prone to breakdowns. Tony, the sales representative, assured me that any issues would be handled efficiently, with all repair-related shipping covered by Procolored. Yet, when it came time to send the printer to a repair station in California for a necessary fix, Tony backtracked on his promise, stating I would have to pay for the shipping to the facility, although they would cover the return. This sudden change was both surprising and unacceptable. Technical Challenges and Inadequate Support: The printer's frequent malfunctions meant that it was hardly usable. Every few months, something would break down, requiring immediate attention. The most pressing issue arose when I needed to replace the printhead, a task far beyond my technical abilities. The last engineer who assisted me was dismissive and not very helpful, merely concluding that the printhead needed replacing. Time Zone Complications: Coordinating repairs with engineers in China added another layer of complexity due to the significant time difference. I found myself staying up late into the night, trying to get support, which was not only inconvenient but exhausting. DIY Repairs and Mismanagement: I also learned from other users in the Procolored group that the motherboard is likely to fail within a year, necessitating another complex, self-managed repair. The expectation to handle such technical tasks myself, without the proper skills, has been overwhelming. Final Thoughts: This experience has been incredibly disheartening. If you're not someone who is handy with tools or familiar with electronic repairs, managing a Procolored printer can be a nightmare. The lack of reliable customer support and failure to uphold promises about cost coverage for repairs shows a significant gap in Procolored's service. My advice? Steer clear of Procolored if you're not prepared to become your own technician. This brand has not only failed to deliver on its promises but has left me feeling frustrated and cheated.

I’m happy with the product but they need to be have a better communication with the customer. When I emailed or text in took them a little bit to respond back and when they did I already have everything set up and running.
